Triggers were still there. Heavy emotions too. Not to mention recurring patterns that we already knew too well but felt unable to change regardless of the hours of therapy we took part in. That’s when we discovered the Havening Techniques, a method with solid foundation in neuroscience.
Witnessing beautiful and transformational changes, seeing reliefed faces, newly regained trust in healing accompanied with actual results only after only a few session, we have now decided to share our experience and passion. Key element to Havening sessions are Havening Touch that helps to generate slow and relaxing delta brainwaves. Yet, each and every Havening Session remains deeply personal and unique on its own way. There is no two sessions that would be the same.
